SENIORS/VETERANS 8.00am – 9.30am
JUNIORS 9.00am (9.30 start) – 11.00am
NON-COMPETING SENIORS/VETERANS 10.30am – 11.30am
BEGINNERS/J12 AND BELOW 9.30am – 11.00am

TUESDAY
COMPETING JUNIORS 6.00pm – 8.00pm
COMPETING SENIORS/VETERANS 7.30pm – 9.00pm

WEDNESDAY
NON-COMPTING SENIORS/VETERANS 7.00pm – 9.00pm (By prior arrangement)

THURSDAY
RECREATIONAL 2.00pm – 4.00pm
 J12 AND BELOW/JUNIOR BEGINNERS 5.00pm -6.00pm
COMPETING JUNIORS 6.00pm -8.00pm
COMPETING SENIORS/VETERANS 7.30pm – 9.00pm

SATURDAY
NON-COMPETING SENIORS/VETERANS 9.00am – 10.00am
COMPETING
JUNIORS/SENIORS/VETERANS 10.00am – 11.30am
 J12 AND BELOW/BEGINNERS WINTER ONLY TBA

What You Need

Light clothing in warm weather
Layers for colder weather
Suitable footwear appropriate for the weather i.e. running shoes
Spare change of clothes
Towel
Drink (water or sports drink)
NO JEANS
NO HOODIES WITH FRONT POCKETS
